This group of 12 musicians is the last entity to perform as The Ruperts Orchestra of Minneapolis. and although the name has changed, The 'R" Factor performs every week at clubs and private events throughout Minneapolis, and is in high demand on the corporate entertainment scene, performing for numerous events throughout the United States. This heavy performance schedule assures our corporate clients a product that is well rehearsed and extremely polished.

The he Musical virtuosity displayed by members of The R Factor earned individuals performances with the likes of Smokev Robinson. The Neville Brothers, Celine Dion, The Temptations, Huey Lewis, and Salt & Pepper, just to name a few.
